Return & Refund Policy — Pravra Enterprise
Return Window We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery date (not purchase date). Requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Eligible Return Conditions You may request a return if:
• The item received is damaged or defective
• The item received is incorrect (wrong product or colour)
• The item received has a manufacturing defect
Non-Returnable Items
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items returned without original packaging and tags
• Sale or discounted items (unless damaged/defective)
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at pravraenterprise@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
2. Include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product
3. Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
4. Ship the item back to our address after receiving approval
Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (UPI/bank transfer for COD orders)
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange We offer size/colour exchanges subject to availability. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
